torontoeatsitsyoung replied to your post: Question for Healthy Eaters: they’re fairly low in sodium and have a very low caloric content but as for how much nutritional value they really have, i’m not sure (but I can tell you i buy them all the time & love them) I’ll have to try them! They’ve gotta be better than most chips (I’m assuming).
